Our Fleet

Safety & Preparedness: Polar maintains a full fleet of F350 4x4 pickups outfitted with Mobile Treatment Centres (MTCs). Safety boxes in each rig contain emergency road equipment sufficient to handle remote and rugged road ways, and the unique situations that can be encountered. Our MTCs are maintained and serviced by certified mechanics only.

Our trucks meet First Aid Room standards, and are in full compliance with National Safety Code and WCB criteria for Mobile Treatment Centres.

We also provide a complete line of up-to-date communications equipment including mobile phones and radios, internet satellite systems, and sat-phones.

Our Locations

Offices centralized in both Terrace and Fort St. James mean the quick deployment of Polar Medical services, staff, and trucks, to any Central-to-Northern location.

Our head office in Terrace is on a large property at 5580 Barnes Road. Our shop is fully stocked with back-up First Aid equipment. We are building a truck shop to service all trucks on site. The shop will be ready in April 2014.

Our office in Fort St. James encompasses a 5.5 acre service yard and shop located at Dog Creek just 15 minutes south of town. Click here for our contact information.
